7 Day Cancellation Policy
Nicole understands that schedules can change. To respect both her time and the experience of all clients, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 week in advance due to travel commitments.

Satisfaction Policy
Nicole prides herself on providing exceptional service and a high level of client care. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis when brought to attention within this timeframe. Requests made after 7 days will be treated as a new service. Robes are provided to help protect your clothing. Nicole is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. Tips may be added via credit card at checkout.
