Maine SALON POLICY

48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Nicole understands that schedules can change. To respect both her time and the experience of all clients, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Satisfaction Policy
Nicole prides herself on providing exceptional service and a high level of client care. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out within 14 days of your appointment. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis when brought to attention within this timeframe. Requests made after 14 days will be treated as a new service. Robes are provided to help protect your clothing. Nicole is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. Tips may be added via credit card at checkout.
